Hoi An Ancient Town continues to be on the top of CNN’s romantic destination this year, next to Paris, Venice, Maldives.

The ranking of Hoi An in the list of romantic destinations has remained since last year; 9 out of 13. This ancient city was recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage in 1999; with many points sightseeing such as Cau Pagoda, Hoai River Wharf, Hoi An Market, Tan Ky Old House, or Chaozhou Assembly Hall.
Sitting on a small boat smoothly surfing the streets and craft villages on both sides of the river is an interesting experience for couples. In 2019, Hoi An ancient town was voted by Travel and Leisure magazine as the best tourist city in the world.
