HOW IT WORKS

  • Step 1: Fill out the form below with as much information that will help us plan your trip, and hit send.
  • Step 2: We will get back to you within 24 hours. At this stage, we may ask some follow-up questions which would help us better understand your travel needs.
  • Step 3: Once you have sent us your answers and paid our service fees, we’ll start to work on your customized personal travel itinerary.
  • Step 4: We will notify you once your customized itinerary is ready. Depending on the length of your itinerary, we will take between 3 to 10 days to get back (see FAQs below).
  • Step 5: Let us know whether you are happy with your itinerary or would like us to make some edits. We are happy to make a round of revisions to our first deliverable.

  • Detailed hourly itinerary tailored to your interests
  • Help arrange all hotels, transportation, and flights via our travel agent.
  • Help arrange all reservations, tours, and activities.
  • Help arrange up to 5 special activities ( i.e. private dinner, private birthday, proposal, honeymoon, etc.)

Note: You will be responsible for the trip costs. On-the-ground, in-trip support at additional cost.

    How are you different than a travel agent?

    Unlike travel agents, The Go Explore Vietnam personally scouts all serviced destinations and partners with local guides that are experts in their fields.
    Your custom travel itinerary is not dependent on unreliable online resources and review sites.
    Furthermore, Go Explore Vietnam can book with all types of travel operators, whether hotels, tour guides, boutique hotels, or local experiences.
    Our booking decisions are not limited by travel agent backend platforms or commission-influenced decisions.
    The Destination Designer’s priority is your travel experience, preferences, needs, and safety.

    Do you charge a service fee?

    Yes, all custom travel planning itineraries start at $50.
    Price will vary depending on:
    – How many travelers and the number of destinations.
    – How much time do we have for planning (it’s recommended to begin planning at least 6 months in advance)?
    – The complexity of your trip
    – Any specialized requests that require additional time and research

    How soon can I expect a reply?

    Once you have made the payment and submitted the form, we will reply to you within 24 hours. At this point, we may ask some follow-up questions to understand your travel requirements better.

    How long will it take for you to send us our customized itinerary?

    While each itinerary is unique and the time taken can vary, the following should indicate our turnaround time.
    – Itinerary for up to 5 days: 3 days
    – Itinerary for up to 10 days: 5 days
    – Itinerary for more than 10 days: 7-10 days

    Does your service include ticket and hotel bookings?

    We do not make bookings on your behalf. We will provide you with options, and you’re free to book those or anything else.
    If you have a request, we will do it for you and you will have to pay an additional service fee.
